In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout, unless context clearly requires otherwise:

• "jl19" or "the Platform" refers to the online casino, sports betting, and gaming services operated at jl19.vip and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimised versions of the same.
• "Operator" means the company incorporated in the Philippines that holds the PAGCOR licence under which jl19 is operated.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered a jl19 account and is accessing the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means a jl19 registered account created by a Player following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to PHP funds deposited by the Player and held in the Player's jl19 wallet, net of withdrawals and wagers.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits awarded by jl19 subject to applicable wagering requirements prior to withdrawal eligibility.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total wager amount that must be satisfied before a Bonus Balance becomes eligible for conversion to a Real Money Balance.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority under whose licence jl19 operates.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification procedures required by law and by PAGCOR regulations before withdrawal processing.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering, referring to jl19's obligations under Republic Act 9160 as amended and PAGCOR's Anti-Money Laundering programme.

By registering an Account, accessing any part of the jl19 platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including all supplementary policies incorporated herein by reference — specifically the jl19 Privacy Policy and the jl19 Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jl19 platform and must not register or maintain an Account. Continued use of jl19 following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended version.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active jl19 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing jl19 from a jurisdiction in which online casino gaming is lawful under applicable national, provincial, or municipal laws.
• You are not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction that prohibits participation in online gambling activities.
• You are acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, trustee, or nominee for any third party.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by PAGCOR or any gaming regulatory body in any jurisdiction.
• You have not previously had a jl19 Account closed for cause, including but not limited to fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of the jl19 Operator or any of its affiliated game providers.

jl19 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate any Account for which eligibility cannot be confirmed or has ceased to be satisfied.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on jl19. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device profiles — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All accounts found to be in violation of this rule will be suspended pending investigation, and balances across all related accounts may be forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name as it appears on a valid Philippine government-issued ID, your current Philippine mobile number, and a secure password of sufficient complexity. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activities conducted through your Account.

jl19 must be notified immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. jl19 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access where the Player has failed to maintain appropriate credential security or has shared their login details with a third party.

In compliance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act 9160 as amended), jl19 is obligated to verify the identity of all account holders prior to the processing of any withdrawal. KYC verification may also be triggered at jl19's discretion by unusual account activity, large deposits, or deposits from multiple payment sources.

• One (1) valid, government-issued Philippine photo identification — acceptable documents include: UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, Philippine Passport, Driver's Licence, Voter's ID, or Philippine National ID (PhilSys).
• A clear selfie photograph of the Account holder holding the submitted ID document, taken within 30 days of submission.
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your GCash wallet showing your registered name and mobile number) may be requested at jl19's discretion.

KYC verification is a one-time process. Once an Account is verified, subsequent withdrawals do not require re-submission of documents unless jl19's compliance team determines that re-verification is necessary. Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of a withdrawal request will result in the withdrawal being cancelled and funds returned to the Account balance.

jl19 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash PayMaya BPI BDO Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply on a per-transaction or daily basis and may vary by payment method.

Deposits must be funded from a payment source registered in the Account holder's own legal name. Third-party deposits — where the depositor is not the registered Account holder — are strictly prohibited and will trigger an AML review. Funds from prohibited sources will be returned to the originating payment method and the Account may be suspended.

jl19 does not accept deposits funded by credit card. Deposits must be made from a debit account, mobile wallet, or bank transfer using personal funds. jl19 bears no responsibility for bank processing delays, failed transactions due to insufficient funds in the Player's source account, or payment provider technical outages.

Withdrawals from a jl19 Account are subject to the following conditions:

• The Account must have completed KYC verification prior to the first withdrawal.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible (the "same-source rule"), in compliance with AML regulations.
• Only the Real Money Balance is eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Balances become eligible for withdrawal only after applicable Wagering Requirements have been fully satisfied.
• jl19 targets processing of withdrawal requests within 24 hours for verified accounts. GCash withdrawals are typically delivered within minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• jl19 may impose a maximum daily withdrawal limit at its discretion. Players requiring higher limits may contact the jl19 support team to discuss enhanced limits subject to additional verification.

jl19 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit match bonuses, weekly reload bonuses, cashback, and referral rewards. The availability, structure, and terms of specific promotions are published on the jl19 Promotions page and may be updated at any time.

• All bonus offers are subject to specific Wagering Requirements that must be fulfilled before the bonus amount becomes eligible for withdrawal. Wagering Requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x means the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times in total qualifying game play).
• Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Live casino games typically contribute 10–15%, slot games 100%, and table games 10–20%. Specific contribution rates are published alongside each promotion.
• Bonuses expire if Wagering Requirements are not completed within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion's terms, typically 7–30 days from the date of award.
• jl19 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void associated winnings where it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to minimise variance while satisfying Wagering Requirements, multiple Accounts, or collusion.
• A maximum withdrawal limit may apply to winnings derived from bonus funds. This limit, where applicable, will be specified in the individual promotion terms.

jl19 is not obligated to offer any specific bonus to any specific Player and reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or decline any promotional offer at its sole discretion.

All games available on the jl19 platform — including but not limited to slot games, live dealer table games, sports betting, bingo, and crash games — are governed by the individual game rules published within the relevant game interface or help section. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific game rule, the specific game rule shall prevail for matters relating to game outcomes, and these Terms shall prevail for all matters relating to account management, payments, and conduct.

jl19's Random Number Generator (RNG) systems, used to determine the outcomes of all non-live game types, are certified by an independent testing laboratory and audited on a periodic basis. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual slot games are available within the game information panel of each title. Sports betting markets are settled according to jl19's published sporting rules, using official results from recognised governing bodies.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error occurring during game play that results in an ambiguous or incomplete game outcome, jl19 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the wagered amount to the Player's Real Money Balance. jl19 will not be liable for any profits that a Player claims should have been generated from a bet voided under this provision.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl19 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all Account balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one (1) jl19 Account simultaneously or consecutively following a previous closure for cause.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any account management process.
• Using the jl19 platform to launder money, process proceeds of criminal activity, or evade any financial reporting obligations under Philippine law.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit system vulnerabilities.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or with any Platform employee to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or software bugs in the jl19 platform for financial gain. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or suspected platform error are void and must be returned.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jl19 staff, support personnel, or other Players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent account verification, self-exclusion, or any responsible gaming control implemented by jl19.
• Allowing any other person to access or use your Account, including family members, associates, or agents.

jl19 operates a comprehensive responsible gaming framework in compliance with PAGCOR's licensing conditions. The following tools are available to all Account holders and can be accessed directly from the Account Settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which the platform will automatically log them out.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may apply for a temporary suspension of their Account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they have a gambling problem may permanently self-exclude from jl19. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 12 months and cannot be lifted before expiry by any means.
• Reality Checks: Time-elapsed notifications that remind Players of how long their current session has been active.

jl19 takes a proactive approach to identifying Players who may be experiencing gambling-related harm. Accounts exhibiting patterns consistent with problem gambling may be contacted by the jl19 responsible gaming team and may be subject to temporary limits pending a Player welfare review. For additional support, Players and their families are encouraged to seek professional assistance.

All content published on the jl19 platform — including but not limited to game content, software, source code, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, marketing materials, promotional assets, and written content — is the exclusive property of the jl19 Operator or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine intellectual property law and international treaty obligations.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jl19 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant any right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any jl19 content. Any unauthorised use of jl19 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl19 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, game providers, and service partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the jl19 platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from wagering decisions, irrespective of outcome.
• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated value from any bet or game outcome.
• Platform downtime, technical errors, network failures, or interruptions to game play beyond jl19's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to a Player's Account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain credential security.
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers, including deposit failures, withdrawal delays, or currency conversion discrepancies.

In all circumstances where jl19's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, jl19's maximum aggregate liability to any single Player for any single incident or related series of incidents shall not exceed the value of the Player's Real Money Balance held at jl19 at the time the liability arose, or ₱50,000, whichever is lower.

The collection, use, storage, and processing of personal data provided by jl19 Account holders is governed by the jl19 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. jl19 processes personal data in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines (Republic Act 10173) and PAGCOR's data handling requirements.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the jl19 Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC and AML compliance, responsible gaming monitoring, and communication of promotional materials where you have opted in to such communications.

jl19 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion, including in response to changes in applicable laws, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, or business operations. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to active Account holders via the registered email address or mobile number associated with their Account, and will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

Continued use of the jl19 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you object to any amendment, you should cease using jl19 and may request closure of your Account, at which point your verified Real Money Balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the jl19 platform, or any bet or game outcome shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines, or such other venue as may be designated by PAGCOR in connection with its regulatory oversight.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to raise disputes with jl19's support team in the first instance. jl19 is committed to resolving Player complaints promptly and fairly. If an internal resolution cannot be reached, Players may escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR's Player Complaints Division in accordance with PAGCOR's published dispute resolution procedures.

These Terms, together with the jl19 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between jl19 and the Player with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind between the parties.
